Marketing Automation Specialist, HubSpot + Salesforce
Should I apply?
Well, let’s share what we’re looking for. Then you can decide!
We’re looking for a team member that…
Loves creating efficiencies using HubSpot Workflow automation
Values a small team dynamic & cares both who they’re working for and with
Seeks out opportunities to learn new & build on existing technical skills
Approaches situations with curiosity and works to grasp both the big picture and the little details
Thrives in competitive environments and likes to achieve team growth milestones and solve complex technical problems
Wants a manager that teaches, challenges, inspires, and supports them
Is located in EST or CST time zone (& ready for a fully remote position!)
What will I get to do in this position?
A day in the life is pretty challenging to describe when each day presents new problems to solve & client needs. So, here are a few examples of goals you’ll help clients achieve!
A SaaS company focused on procurement is looking to optimize its webinar management process in HubSpot. Goals: (1) increase the volume of leads that view their prerecorded webinars and (2) track how the webinars are influencing revenue.
A medical device provider wants to automate a series of sales emails from a specific sales rep after a lead becomes marketing qualified. Goal: have MQLs book a call with the sales team without the team needing to send any emails manually.
A Healthtech company has acquired four companies. Each company has a similar sales process but uses different deal stages and pipelines. Goal: Consolidate deals from all companies into one HubSpot account using consistent stages and pipelines.
Who am I working with?
This position will join our Client Services team. You’ll work alongside a team of inquisitive, technical thinkers with varying HubSpot and Salesforce experience levels.
You’ll report to our Client Services Team Manager - Sawyer Klein.
Who are you?
Coastal is a HubSpot Solutions Partner & Salesforce Consulting Partner helping B2B teams master the HubSpot Salesforce integration. We prioritize people above all else, internally and externally, and center our services and professional development around our commitment to learning. We’re focused on staying small while driving a huge impact for our clients.
What is it like to work at Coastal Consulting?
We’re dedicated to learning & growing, and our culture is incredibly collaborative and anti-corporate. Meaning that we have fun, work together, and have a flat organizational structure. The door's always open, and we encourage challenging leadership to justify their decisions, make changes, and work better to meet your needs.
To summarize, we've created an environment where...
Family, self-care, soccer games, and birthday dinners come first (we're people, not machines)
Constructive conflict is welcomed
Personal accountability and vulnerability are required
On-the-job learning is mandatory (certifications, conferences, courses, you name it!)
